Week Eight

Well there is a literal connection dude.

Week 7

I watched the Seton Hall v WVU game and Seton Hall has a legit chance of making the tournament. Also, WVU isn't improving in my opinion so I think Syracuse is going to win the Big East.

Pretty boring week of ball until next weekend outside of some Big East matchups. Friday has two huge games though, Purdue vs WVU and Dayton vs the most overrated team right now NM.

Week 6

Its time to spread holiday cheer. No better way than a Michigan State/Texas clash on Tuesday if you ask me. Of course Texas spread some holiday cheer of their own on Saturday. JMU did in fact go into G-Webb and clobber them on their home court.

In other news, Xavier got hosed by the referees, and took out a water fountain for compensation.

Week 5

Gardner-Webb has a tough week. First they travel to Cameron Indoor to take on Duke, then two days later they welcome the beloved James Madison Fighting Duke Dogs. Think they're so focused on JMU that they'll look past Duke? I do.

Week 2

I have to admit, it was pretty damn kick ass watching an elite 8 game from the 4th row corner at the garden this early in the season. Cuse is legit and when UNC gets their act together, they're going to rip up the ACC. Of course Wesley Johnson is getting all of the press but Rautins won the game. Three huge 3-pointers to end UNC streaks along with 7 rebounds, 7 steals and 7 assists. He absolutely owned the game and most importantly, his presence prevented most double teams on Wesley.

In other news, the Big East went 40-0 to start the season.
