a lot has been made clear after this weekend, the most important of which is that lux is now very cut, and tans at a tanning salon in duluth, mn apparently. on the other hand, here is your moment of zen for this week:
1- Illinois (this team might not lose) 2- North Carolina (after illinois, two through four are about even) 3- Wake Forest 4- Oklahoma State (strongest case for a one seed after those three) 5- Boston College (big east regular season champs most likely) 6- Kansas (still a good club) 7- Arizona (should win either the game against Washington or the pac ten tourney) 8- Gonzaga (everyone else is losing) 9- Pittsburgh (probably second place in the big east..dammit) 10- Kentucky (they'll win the SEC, and this year thats a three seed..very suspect in a three/fourteen game..ODU?!) 11- Louisville (winning Conf USA is as good as winning the SEC this year) 12- Washington (still not sold completely on this) 13- Syracuse (they stay here for now...until they prove they're worth something) 14- Duke (gotta drop due to VT loss...VT was last in the big east last year...they will go 2-2 in their next four games, and i guarantee won't be in the acc champ. game) 15- Utah (already won their conference, good enough i suppose) 16- Michigan State (who knows)
jp your picks baffle me.......how can boston college continue to be disrespected by you and your acc-loving tendencies. I know you think UNC is the shit but they still havent posted a solid road win--including in the acc. as for the true power 16, I humbly submit
1- Illinois 2- North Carolina 3- Boston College 4- Oklahoma State 5- Wake Forest 6- Kentucky 7- Gonzaga 8- Pittsburgh 9- Arizona 10- Duke 11- Washington 12- Kansas 13- Michigan State 14- Utah 15- Louisville 16- Florida
UNC hasn't had a solid road win? Beating FSU by 21 and then beating UConn is respectable road dominance. Unless you're not considering UConn a solid team but that's impossible if you're ranking BC at 3.
